Experience in insurance or strata claims is ideal, but we’re open to strong customer service professionals (retail/call centre) looking to build a career in insurance. About You Self-motivated and solutions-focused Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset Empathetic, positive, and team-oriented Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise and make sound decisions Key Responsibilities Manage claims from lodgement to settlement Support and guide customers through the claims process Assess coverage and review documentation Investigate and analyse claims Set reserves and prepare reports Determine liability and finalise claims Key Requirements Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organisation and attention to detail Insurance/strata experience (highly desirable) About Crawford Crawford is the world’s largest publicly listed claims management company, operating in 70+ countries.
