Under the direction of the Manager of Pharmacy Services, the Pharmacist Degree Senior is committed to the integration of knowledge and skill in the provision of quality client-focused pharmacy services within the Prince Albert Victoria Hospital and assigned areas including Shellbrook. The incumbent plans, implements, monitors, and leads clinical pharmacy activities and services that support the safe, effective and appropriate use of pharmacotherapy, including home care and community based services. The incumbent will be responsible for leadership of the team, with activities including but not limited to supervision, co-ordination and application of pharmacist based clinical and operational activities. The incumbent provides proactive leadership and promote the delivery of patient-centered care through the development and application of practice standards.
