About The Role
Job Overview Support the Learning functions in the Hotel. The Learning Executive will manage administrative responsibilities to support Learning efforts to drive continuous performance improvements in the development of all Ladies and Gentlemen. Main Duties & Responsibilities Policies & Procedures Maintenance of confidentiality of proprietary materials and information Protection of the privacy and security of guests and colleagues Following company and department policies and procedures Ensuring compliance in grooming standards at all times Performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors Learning & Development Pre and post training sessions documentation/preparations (notifications, Banquet Event Order, certificates, etc) Maintenance of Learning Room and Learning store Maintenance and ownership control of all equipment and materials owned by Learning Team Updating Learning noticeboard and WOW of the month Maintenance of Learning records (Core Learning, ad-hoc, external training courses, etc) Preparation of monthly HR meeting slides Administration and maintenance of Learning sponsorships (Letter of Undertaking, Bond Application, etc) Administration of Learning related invoice and payments Maintenance of supplies related to Learning (stationery, snacks, etc) Maintenance of working relationships with liaison officers from the various institutions Update contents in Commitment to Quality (CTQ) Scoring of monthly Learning Coaches payout Register employees for external courses (Food Hygiene Course, Workplace Safety etc) Ensure compliance with MOM regulations for course requirements (PWM) Ensure completion for core trainings and compliance training PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
