NPDI Project Manager Products and Solutions - Engineering Manager

The Project Manager will be part of the EMEA PMO team, based in the EMEA region, and will be responsible for managing both global projects and projects focused on the EMEA region within the Thermal Management business. The Project Manager is responsible and accountable for the management of projects related to the development of new products, the customization of existing products based on specific customer requirements (Engineered to Order), and the transfer of products between regions, from project inception through product launch. The role coordinates the efforts of all involved functions, including Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, Service, Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams, to ensure the successful completion of projects.
