Social Worker - Quality Assurance

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Quality Assurance Team within Adult Social Care. The purpose of this role is to assist the Quality Assurance Service Manager and Senior Practitioner (Quality Assurance) to develop good quality community-based adult social care provision. The role will support the delivery of high-quality adult social care services by implementing and monitoring quality assurance frameworks. The postholder will ensure services are person-centred, compliant with statutory duties under the Care Act 2014, and continuously improving through robust evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
