This 12 month placement starting in September/October 2026 is a great opportunity to gain a strong start to your HR career and build your understanding of HR in practice by supporting the day-to-day activities of our HR team. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will get broad HR generalist exposure across the employee lifecycle, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations, and Learning & Development, while engaging with stakeholders across the business. This placement offers a dynamic experience and exposure to different areas of HR. Throughout the placement, you will be supported with regular coaching and mentoring to help you build practical HR skills and confidence.
