Accountant II, Education Foundation & Grants

This position will be relied upon to complete daily, monthly, and year-end accounting tasks for The Education Foundation and for select system-wide grants. The accountant will review, reconcile, and analyze reports, prepare consolidated annual financial statements, monitor compliance with established policies and procedures, develop training materials, conduct training, and provide support for all schools and offices affected by The Education Foundation and system-wide grants. Work involves frequent contact with educators, staff from other BCPS offices, and community/business partners.
