Manager, Growth

About the Role 

foodpanda Taiwan is seeking a strategic and analytical Manager of Growth Marketing. In this role, you will drive business growth by translating data insights into actionable marketing strategies. Operating at the intersection of data and execution, you will lead demand generation, optimize campaign performance, and serve as a key partner to local and regional stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Vertical Project Leadership: Spearhead key business projects and growth initiatives across core verticals. Lead cross-functional meetings and align local stakeholders to drive execution and hit growth targets.
• Growth Strategy: Analyze user behavior to identify growth levers that drive active user expansion and overall business performance.
• Campaign & Demand Generation: Design end-to-end demand generation strategies. Partner with local marketing campaign teams to execute high-impact initiatives and optimize ROI.
• Performance Diagnostics: Own weekly and monthly business reviews. Track marketing efficiency, diagnose performance gaps, and deliver strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Stakeholder & CRM Alignment: Act as the primary growth liaison between Taiwan teams and regional CRM stakeholders to streamline user segmentation and lifecycle campaigns.

Must-have: Proficiency in SQL 

• Experience: 5+ years in growth marketing, business analytics, or strategy, preferably within e-commerce, food delivery, or tech startups.
• Analytical Skills: Strong structured thinking with a proven ability to solve complex business problems using data.
• Data Storytelling: Ability to translate raw data into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Project Leadership: High ownership and ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; fluent in both English and Mandarin.
• Technical Tools: Proficiency in SQL and Tableau are highly preferred.
