Role Overview

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in driving hiring momentum across the organization. You’ll work closely with leadership to attract, assess, and onboard top talent while building scalable pipelines that support our rapid growth. These are high-impact roles with direct visibility into workforce strategy and operational scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Own or support end-to-end hiring across bulk and mid-level roles
• Build and nurture strong talent pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning
• Deliver a standout candidate experience
• Track funnel metrics and improve hiring efficiency
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management, or a related field
• Relevant Talent Acquisition experience
• Exposure to high-volume/batch hiring, particularly for customer facing teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable with ATS tools (Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
• High ownership and bias for action
