As a Growth & Ops Intern on our Programs & Livestreams teams, you'll work directly alongside the people running Leland's live programming: keeping livestreams running smoothly, helping deliver world-class programs, and making sure every customer has an exceptional experience. If you're a scrappy, reliable operator who can execute high-quality work, you'll find real ownership here.Role and Responsibilities:LivestreamsCoordinate with livestream hosts and facilitators to confirm virtual logistics, schedules, and technical needsSupport virtual livestreams by managing chat functions, sharing links, assisting speakers on video platforms, and helping run giveaways and promotionsMaintain and update event listings to ensure dates, times, descriptions, and links are accurate across platformsExecute repeatable event processes on a consistent weekly scheduleMonitor event readiness in advance and flag issues or discrepancies proactivelyAssist with post-event tasks, including follow-ups and operational clean-upProgramsHelp instructors get set up and ready before each session, keeping things on track so the experience feels seamless for studentsSupport the development of course materials, including syllabi, slide decks, and customer communications, using an established playbookAssist with student-facing communications before, during, and after sessionsFor the right intern, opportunity to directly kick off bootcamp sessions.
