In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.What You'll DoDeliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home/clinic/school settingFollow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBACollect and record data on client progress and behaviorsParticipate in supervision sessions with a BCBAAttend required team meetings and training sessionsWhat You'll NeedHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience working with childrenPassion for supporting children with special needsReliable transportationCompleted 40-hour RBT training (Required)RBT certification (Preferred) or willingness to obtain it within a set timeframeWhat We OfferCompetitive pay: $20-$25 per hourSupervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certificationHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance (for eligible employees)Consistent daytime schedule (Monday–Friday)Career growth opportunities within a supportive organizationOngoing training and supervision by experienced BCBAsCompany-provided iPadBackground CheckAll candidates must pass a background check.
