What will your responsibilities be?
Managing a complex caseload of children in care
Providing consultation, guidance, and support to Social Workers across the team
Supporting practice development and quality assurance activities
Leading on complex case discussions and decision-making
Mentoring and developing less experienced practitioners
Ensuring care planning and permanency planning are child-focused and outcome-driven
Working in partnership with families, carers, and multi-agency professionals

Qualifications & Experience
To be successful in this role you must have,
Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
Significant post-qualified experience within Children's Social Care
Strong experience working with Children in Care
Ability to support and develop colleagues through coaching and mentoring
Excellent assessment, safeguarding, and risk management skills
