Job Summary

  • We are seeking a strategic and passionate Market Access Manager – Oncology to join our team.
  • This role is central to ensuring that EVA Pharma’s oncology portfolio achieves optimal patient access and reimbursement.
  • The successful candidate will design and execute market access strategies, engage with stakeholders, and champion the value of our therapies across diverse healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored market access strategies for EVA Pharma’s oncology products.
  • Lead the preparation of value dossiers, HTA submissions, and reimbursement negotiations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, Governmental Affairs) to align access strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with payers, policy makers, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups.
  • Monitor healthcare policy, oncology reimbursement trends, and competitive dynamics to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
  • Support evidence generation initiatives, including real-world data and HEOR studies, to strengthen product value propositions.
  • Track and report on market access performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, or related field (master’s degree is preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in market access or health economics, within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and payer dynamics in Egypt.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and work cross-functionally.
  • Oncology experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience engaging with HTA bodies and developing value dossiers.
