Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Microbiology Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of our products through rigorous microbiological analysis and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products in accordance with relevant regulatory standards.
• Develop, validate, and implement microbiological testing methods, ensuring compliance with GMP and quality assurance protocols.
• Monitor environmental conditions within production areas and laboratories, ensuring compliance with microbiological standards.
• Investigate and resolve microbiological product complaints, deviations, and sterility failures, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations.
• Support the development and execution of continuous improvement initiatives related to microbiological practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.Master's degree is a plus.
• 0-2 years of experience in microbiology within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
