Job Role

Responsibilities

• 1.       Conversing with around 200 customers on calls on a regular basis
• 2.       Understanding customer issues and help resolve the same
• 3.       Check account status for customers
• 4.       Inform customers of current promotions
• 5.       Change a detractor to a promoter
• 6.       Retention and new customer acquisition
• 7.       Communicate any problems or issues to management for resolution

• 1.       Can work in a rotational shift, dynamic environment
• 2.       Are available for a 1-year contractual role
• 3.       Can join on an immediate basis
• 4.       Has a laptop
• 5.       Are from Kolkata
• 6.       Are available for an in-office full-time role
• 7.       Are well conversant in English, Bangla, and Hindi
• 8.       Have thorough knowledge about the Hoichoi platform
• 9.       Eager to learn and help with the marketing and business development
