Director of Operation

Duties include but not limited to,

• Overlooking sales/ production department and streamlining the operations.
• Quality control: ensuring jobs are being done on time/ budget as per Renovco’s Standards.
• Dealing with insurance companies and adjusters
• Supervising project managers and activities onsite;
• resolving concurrent problems arising during projects;
• Closing leads and generating sales
• Business Development

The Director of operation should have

• Excellent human relationship skills

-Experience in dealing with insurance companies and adjusters is an asset.

• Ease in multi-tasking
• sales training experience
• Experience in construction renovation, restoration and design.
