HR Manager - Manufacturing

You will provide expert support in

• Recruitment and selection
• Team performance management
• Compensation and benefits management
• Succession planning, health, safety and wellness
• Training and development of employees
• Maintain employee relations and labour relations

What can we offer

• Base Salary : $75K to $85K
• Bonus : 10%
• Other Benefits : Medical,Dental,Retirement

What are we looking in our HR Manager?

• You have 5-9 years experience in Human Resource.
• You have 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• You've worked for more than 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• If you can speak in Spanish, that would be our biggest asset.
• You've have an degree in HR Management
