Talent & Vibe Associate

• Recruiting talent globally for job opportunities we have open and communicating with candidates
• Work closely with leaders across the business, coaching them through the hiring process and talent mapping to find the best talent for the company
• Building awareness of who Qwilr is and increase our employer brand perception across active and passive talent pools using different channels
• Create and implement recruiting strategies
• Search for potential candidates using hiring databases and social media
• This is a full time role located in Sydney, remuneration will be in the range of $75,000 - $85,000.
• You are a strategic recruiter – you will have at least 2 years’ experience working in a similar style role with significant expertise in strategic sourcing in the technology community.
• You are a seasoned LinkedIn recruiter and have experience of talent pooling, pipe lining and networking for more long term strategic hires.
• You are passionate about what you do and love working in tech start-ups or scale-ups.
