Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for Service and Sales Recruitment Consultants to join our award winning team at Labour 247 in Bolton. Labour 247 have a strong brand in the Bolton and Great Manchester with a working environment which is fun, hardworking but most of all rewarding.

Duties to include

• Manage the full 360 recruitment recycle
• Develop new business/utilise all customer and candidates across all sectors of industries
• You must have the ability to service and maintain a large portfolio of jobs and clients
• Work on a shift rota system with the team and doing occasional weekend phone cover
• A good eye to detail dealing with compliance and administrative duties

• Salary package will be between £22,000- £28,000 dependent on experience plus a healthy on target bonus plan.
