Job Summary
The Production Support team member assists with a variety of manufacturing operations to help keep production running efficiently. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and working in a manufacturing environment. No prior manufacturing experience is required, and training will be provided.

- Pay: $18 - $22 per hour
- First-shift schedule, Monday-Friday (8-hour shifts with a flexible start time between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM)

Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions and work orders
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities and Scope
- Support production operations as directed by supervisors and managers
- Cut, face, straighten, drill, polish, and bore-blast materials as needed
- Handle materials and assist with inventory movement throughout the facility
- Follow work orders, standard operating procedures, and quality requirements
- Track production time using the company kiosk clocking system
- Monitor work and report quality concerns or material issues promptly
- Coordinate with production, quality, and operations teams to keep jobs moving efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
