Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Line Sales Manager- Obesity to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and empower the diabetes sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure strong execution of brand strategies and field excellence across assigned territories.
• Build impactful partnerships with endocrinologists, dietitians, nutritionists and key diabetes stakeholders to expand market presence.
• Analyze performance metrics and market dynamics to identify and act on growth opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned commercial success and full compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
• 8+ years of pharma sales experience including managerial roles
• Solid background in diabetes care; exposure to GLP-1 or advanced therapies is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to influence treatment behaviors and drive business results.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with high agility.
