About The Role

•Adjust ESET security solutions and products to the customer needs.•Provide potential solutions/configurations of security products in customer's environment.•Execute analysis of requirements, assessment of potential risks, design and setup of security products configurations adjusted to the customer needs and / or environment.•Support development of technical specifications and other relevant documentation by providing information from client.•Execute setup and configuration of security solutions within the customer environments.•Prepare testing environments; reproduce reported issues and cooperate with the developers while searching for solutions.•Cooperate with other teams and departments within the division as well as with other teams across the organization to effectively fulfill tasks. •Communicate with the customer about his requirements, needs, environments and customer’s specific in order to be able to propose, setup and configure the best fit products and solutions.•Visit selected customers in order to deliver the required services.•Provide customers and partners with technical support for ESET products following defined processes and communication standards.•Gather data on competition, evaluate them and create content for other teams and departments (e.g. marketing, pricing, compliance,…).•Continually develop own expertise and skills and keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies, existing products (and ESET products before their release), technical aspect of environments (architecture, infrastructure, OS, databases, etc.) and their components as well as with the tools, processes and procedures that are relevant for the team.•Consult the superior on problems and risks in a timely manner.• Plan and coordinate the work of colleagues in accordance with superior's instructions, be responsible for the performance of the tasks entrusted to it in accordance with established procedures and processes and prioritize tasks of colleagues in order to meet established objectives and achieve required results. •Carry out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee in accordance with the activity of the department and the company.
