About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a B2B Graphic Designer to create high-performing static advertising creatives for cold B2B audiences across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Display .
This is not a brand-design-only role. Your work will be directly connected to campaign performance, clicks, engagement, and conversions .
You’ll take campaign messaging, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) insights, offers, and growth strategies and translate them into clear, compelling creatives designed to capture attention and drive action.
We’re looking for a designer who understands that successful performance creative combines strong visual design, messaging hierarchy, buyer psychology, and continuous testing .

What You’ll Own
Performance Ad Creative Design
Create conversion-focused static advertising creatives for
- LinkedIn Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Display Network
You’ll
- Translate campaign messaging into clear, scroll-stopping visuals.
- Design creatives specifically for cold B2B audiences.
- Develop multiple creative concepts and variations for testing.
- Experiment with different headlines, layouts, imagery, and CTAs.
- Adapt designs across platform-specific dimensions and placements.
- Maintain visual clarity across desktop and mobile environments.
- Ensure every creative communicates the core message quickly and effectively.
B2B Creative Strategy
Turn campaign strategy and ICP insights into effective visual concepts.

Understand how creative requirements differ across advertising platforms.

Required Experience & Skills
Must-Have
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience , with strong exposure to B2B advertising or performance marketing creatives.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant work across:

- Meta Ads
- Display advertising
- B2B marketing campaigns
- Strong proficiency with:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign

- Strong understanding of:
