Job description advising clients and/or their managers in the selection of the most appropriate instruments in trade finance activities processing nostro and loro letters of credit, collection documents, payments subject to the provision of adequate documents and banking payment commitments processing nostro and loro guarantees and guaranteed bills of exchange controlling, preparing and processing of loro cheques cooperation with managers, working procedures and processes processing factoring and other trade finance operations resolving complaints proposing and/or introducing improvements mentorship and transfer of knowledge coordination, supervision and monitoring of the work process participation in project teams and work groups
