Product Manager Special Gases

You will be accountable for managing the full product lifecycle of the specialty gases portfolio, including product strategy, pricing, profitability, business case development, new product introductions, and portfolio optimization to drive sustainable growth and margin improvement Maintaining a strong understanding of specialty gas products, applications, customer processes, regulatory and compliance standards to effectively position solutions and communicate their technical and commercial value will be required of you Developing a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, competitive activity, emerging applications, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities and support portfolio decisions will be high on your agenda You will lead cross-functional projects related to new products, process improvements, facility enhancements, market launches, and address customer pain points, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, timelines, and budgets Additionally, you will build strong relationships and communicate complex technical and commercial information clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives Lastly, you will use data, analytics, and business intelligence tools to evaluate portfolio performance, identify trends, support forecasting, and drive informed commercial decisions
