Grounds & Landscape Technician, Kohler Hospitality

Location: Kohler, WI Competitive Compensation: $500 Sign on Bonus Opportunity The Grounds Landscape Technician is responsible for the upkeep, appearance, and overall condition of assigned exterior grounds across Kohler Company properties. This role involves skilled hands-on landscape work, including mowing, trimming, pruning, plant care, turf management and installation, irrigation maintenance and repair, seasonal tasks, and assisting with holiday lighting installation while upholding high landscape standards, supporting an exceptional guest experience, and contributing to the aesthetic and environmental goals of Kohler Company. Specific Responsibilities: Perform routine grounds maintenance activities, including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, mulching, turf care, and seasonal landscape cleanups. Support the installation and maintenance of lawns, planting beds, shrubs, trees, and other landscape features across Kohler properties. Inspect, monitor, and help maintain irrigation systems to ensure efficient performance and proper water distribution. Assist with seasonal landscape projects, property enhancements, floral displays, and holiday lighting installation, maintenance, and removal. Operate landscape equipment and tools safely while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Provide day-to-day guidance to seasonal team members, promoting safe work practices and high-quality workmanship. Support year-round grounds operations, including snow and ice removal activities during the winter season. Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and operational needs. This is a full-time, year-round position, with shifts varying between 6:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
