Boltz Lab is designed around real chemistry and biology workflows, so teams can start from a target and a hypothesis and quickly generate, evaluate, and rank candidate molecules.About the roleAs Head of Community & Growth Marketing, you will build and scale Boltz’s community-led growth engine, converting a large open-source user base into active customers and enterprise pipeline.Boltz already has a highly engaged global community. Your role is to design the systems that turn this into a repeatable revenue funnel — from open-source usage to platform adoption to enterprise <engagement.You> will own PLG strategy, content, demand generation, and marketing analytics.
