Boltz Lab is designed around real chemistry and biology workflows, so teams can start from a target and a hypothesis and quickly generate, evaluate, and rank candidate molecules.About the roleAs Chief of Staff, you will act as a force multiplier for the CEO and leadership team, building the operational backbone that enables Boltz to scale its go-to-market <efforts.You> will own planning cadence, KPI infrastructure, board and investor materials, and cross-functional coordination.
