In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of complex embedded electronic hardware used in cutting-edge communication systems. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Systems, FPGA, RF, Mechanical, Thermal, and Manufacturing Engineers to deliver innovative, high-reliability products that meet demanding industry standards. 🎯 Responsibilities 🔹 Hardware Design Define the hardware architecture of complex electronic boards. Design analog and digital schematics. Select electronic components based on system requirements. Define PCB stack-ups and routing constraints. Supervise PCB layout activities in collaboration with layout engineers. 🔹 Validation & Qualification Perform hardware bring-up and board validation. Troubleshoot hardware issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis. Participate in qualification and verification campaigns. Ensure successful product validation prior to production release. 🔹 Manufacturing Support Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing teams. Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) best practices. Support products throughout the manufacturing and industrialization phases. 🔹 Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with: Systems Engineering FPGA Engineering RF Engineering Mechanical Engineering Thermal Engineering Manufacturing teams Participate in technical reviews and engineering decision-making. Share technical expertise and contribute to continuous product improvement. Requirements 💼 Your Profile Master's degree or Engineering degree in Electronics or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in hardware electronics design. Proven experience owning the complete development of complex electronic boards. Strong background in analog and digital electronics. Excellent knowledge of Altium Designer . Experience defining PCB stack-ups and routing rules. Solid experience in hardware validation, debugging, and Root Cause Analysis. Knowledge of switching power supplies (Buck, Flyback, LLC, etc.). Experience working with FPGA-based hardware integration (HDL development not required). Understanding of EMI/EMC constraints. Experience in Aerospace, Space, Defense, or other highly regulated industries is a strong advantage. RF experience is considered a plus but is not mandatory. 🤝 Soft Skills Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
