The Human Resources Intern will be required to perform various administrative tasks and support the HR department ‘s daily activity.

Requirements (Depending on the assigned HR functions)

  • Gathering data Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure the teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.
  • Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
  • Advertise and source applicants through various channels, such as company career page, job platforms, social media, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
  • Able to operate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain the confidential of the data
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Organizing and assisting in training planning and execution
  • Following up with training participants and managers for evaluation
  • Be the minute taker for any domestic inquiry process
  • Gather evidence of misconduct and prepare report on activities happens
  • Updating system with latest information of employees & related matters
  • Prepare & revise departmental organization chart
  • Assisting in filing employee’s documents into personal file & etc
  • Actively involved in company’s activity/program
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Management only.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel) & Google Suite (spreadsheet & form) is a MUST
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Possess own transportation as will be required to travel (Frequency:Low)
