About The Role

Role: Senior Technical Manager

A recognized degree in IT/Computer Science
At least 10 years of working experience in web application development environment with focus on large volume transactional processing application, leading a team of developers, database admin/specialists and system analysts
Vendor and project management experience
Must have business requirements gathering and systems architecture experience
Any human resources and payroll system development or implementation experience will be highly advantageous
Good exposure to relevant new web and mobile technologies
Highly motivated, hands-on approach and goals driven
A good communicator and a team player
