Our Recruiting team works to identify and attract talent for PwC. You will support sourcing candidates, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. You’ll focus on engaging the most qualified experienced candidates by building relationships with job seekers and candidates, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business. Take the full ownership and accountability to identify and source quality candidates to meet business needs of the responsible business portfolio to enable the business strategy, which includes: Understanding the resourcing needs and requirements. Suggesting suitable resourcing channels. Sourcing and screening applications, conducting interviews and managing the necessary assessments. Identifying and recommendation suitable candidates. Partner with the business and manage relevant stakeholders throughout the process for the best sourcing decision and candidate experience. Participate in sourcing-related initiatives/projects to develop and implement innovative strategic sourcing strategy. Proactively create and maintain relationships with diverse professional organisations and leverage network to develop strong pipeline of talents. Requirements Minimum Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a multinational corporation or professional services firm. Experienced in sourcing and selection techniques. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. Negotiation, influencing and consultative skills with an ability to build strong client relationships. Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction. Project management skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks is preferred.
