Customer Support Supervisor

Screens and assesses coverage or non-coverage availments for quick response or resolution of cases Monitoring of identified Customer Support transactions as requested by internal and external customers Tracking of daily transactions received from various customer touch points and ensures requests are properly attended to (identified issue tracker) Coordination with customers and other groups to ensure completion of Support requirements within agreed quality and timeline. Reviewing of required reports to ensure achievement of required standards Creation of timely accurate LOA based on members requirements
