Quality Assurance Manager to lead assembly, testing and certification for a UHHP Marine Diesel Engine 2. oversee compliance with strict marine standards like DEF STAN 02-313 , DME 401 , MIL Std etc. for all assembly and material integrations and testing 3. Role involves spearheading specialized validation, including MIL-STD shock, vibration, acoustic, and EMI/EMC testing. 4. drive the core QA strategy, finalizing the Quality assurance plant, Factory Acceptance Tests directly with the Navy, DGQA, Classification Society etc. 5. leadership duty is directing rigorous operational trials 6. act as the primary liaison with DGQA/DQA(WP) and Class Authorities (e.g., ABS, DNV, IRS) to secure Type Testing certification. 7 . The manager will govern test facility setups and coordinate with NABL-accredited laboratories for specialized parameter evaluations. 8. Excellent communication skills to interface continuously with the Indian Navy's Project Facilitation Team (PFT), design teams, and external testing laboratories. 9. Thorough knowledge of Indian Navy and international defense standards, specifically DEF STAN 02-313, MIL-STD-1474E (Airborne Noise), MIL-STD-740-2 (Structure-borne Noise), and MIL-STD-461E/F (EMI/EMC).
