Record maintain in quality control all documents . Record maintain in all concrete RMC details and cube records. Third party record maintain in Steel cement etc. All equipments records maintaining in third party and physical records. RMC given approval for consultant. Daily checking concrete quality after concreting work. Gypsum checking. Shuttering and steel checking. Tiling and flooring checking. Managing construction project. Overseeing building work. Supervising contractor staff. All check list filling in KL software QCOP. Listing with clients, sub contractor and other professional staff. Checking and preparing site reports designs and drawings. Providing technical advise, problem solving. Ensuring site safety. Making daily progress report. Work schedule envaluation and progress monitoring. Mechanical Tower parking work to be completed Stack park to be complete Waterproofing work toilet and external development area etc.
