Key Responsibilities

Conduct

• market research
• to identify farmer/customer needs, market trends, competitor offerings and new product opportunities.

Manage the

• complete product lifecycle
• from ideation, development and launch to performance monitoring and phase-out.
• Work closely with

R&D, Sales, Marketing, Field/Extension and Supply Chain

teams for product development and execution.

Develop

• pricing, positioning and product strategies
• to improve market share and profitability.
• Support Sales through
• product training, promotional campaigns, technical communication and product demonstrations
• .

Monitor

• sales, market share, customer feedback, product adoption and profitability
• .
• Prepare product performance reports and recommend improvements to senior management.

Manage

• product budgets and resources
• for development, marketing and distribution.

Candidate Requirements

• <B.Sc>. Agriculture / MABM
• ; MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Agribusiness or Product Management preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience

in the

• Seeds industry

• Strong experience in

Seed Marketing, Product Development and Product Management

• .
• Good understanding of
• market research, product lifecycle, pricing, positioning and product profitability
• .
• Experience working with
• R&D and Sales teams
• .
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Good communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

Proficiency in

• MS Office/Google Workspace and market research tools
