Senior Business Analyst/BI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ongoing monitoring of customers’ sales performance based on the CRM data;
• Working along with a Solution Architect function to understand customer requirements and provide the best solution;
• Analyzing whether the product meets customers' needs;
• Producing support materials for Account Executive and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• Experience in sales and marketing technologies: SFDC, HubSpot, Marketo;
• Basic understanding of CRM/MAP APIs;
• General understating of B2B business;
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills;
• English: Advanced +
