🩺 Position: LPN Nurse
⏰ Schedule: ¾ 12-Hour Day Shift Rotation | EVO Weekend

QualificationsWhat You’ll Do

As an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you’ll provide quality care while working within your scope of practice:

Deliver hands-on patient care and monitor patient condition and progress
Administer medications according to established standards and procedures
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Perform nursing assessments and respond appropriately to changes in condition
Assist with emergency care and use sound clinical judgment
Communicate and collaborate with providers and other members of the healthcare team
Follow applicable state scope-of-practice guidelines and correctional healthcare protocols
