• ⏰ Schedule: ¾ 12-Hour Day Shift Rotation | EVO Weekend

QualificationsWhat You’ll Do

As an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you’ll provide quality care while working within your scope of practice

• Deliver hands-on patient care and monitor patient condition and progress
• Administer medications according to established standards and procedures
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Perform nursing assessments and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Assist with emergency care and use sound clinical judgment
• Communicate and collaborate with providers and other members of the healthcare team
• Follow applicable state scope-of-practice guidelines and correctional healthcare protocols
