Full-time options: .8 FTE (32 hours) or 1.0 FTE (40 hours)

Monday–Friday, day shift

4 bonused on-call Saturdays per year

QualificationsRequirements:
✅ Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
✅ Current Physical Therapist license in Minnesota (in good standing)
✅ Current CPR certification for Health Care Providers
✅ Valid driver’s license—you’ll bring high-quality care directly to patients’ homes
