What You’ll Do
- Support in-home palliative and wound care visits
- Take vital signs and assist with basic clinical tasks, including wound care
- Set up and support telehealth visits with providers
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Document care accurately in the EMR
- Educate and support patients and caregivers as directed
- Follow safety, infection control, and HIPAA standards
- Travel to patient homes and work with an interdisciplinary team
What You’ll Bring
Medical Assistant training; CPR/BLS required (certification preferred)
1+ year of MA experience, ideally in home health, primary care, or wound care
Strong clinical, observation, and communication skills
Comfort with technology and telehealth
Ability to work independently in home settings
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Reliable transportation and flexibility
