Rail Fabrication Associate I - Second shift

DescriptionThis is a second shift opportunity - 2pm-12:30am M-Th

Operations of fabrication equipment in work cell

Saw, Mill, Baliegh, Winton Bender, and Mid Rail Crusher in manual and automatic

Load and unload rail robot
Assist in training employees in the work center with current knowledge base
Mandatory overtime when business conditions require it
Adherence to the attendance policy
All other duties as required

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of fabrication experience or training is required
Blueprint Reading: Proficiency in reading blueprints and using fixtures, jigs, clamps, and quality inspection tools is essential.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects (100+ lbs.) and perform various physical tasks such as bending, stooping, sitting, walking, twisting, and standing.
Professionalism: Conduct yourself in a professional, safe, and businesslike manner while maintaining a highly motivated, positive, and collaborative attitude.
Reliability: Can make the daily commute to Spring Park, MN and maintain good attendance.
Pre-employment Requirements: Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, full panel drug screening, and physical work simulation.
Training: Completion of necessary training requirements provided by Safety Rail Co.
