Summary
PD is looking for a quality- and safety-driven Brake Press Operator to support the performance and flow of our manufacturing operations. This role is essential to ensuring precision, efficiency, and on-time production while maintaining a clean, organized, and high-performing shop environment.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. You bring strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work efficiently to keep production moving. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, retail-driven environment and are willing to put in extra time when needed to meet demand.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate brake press equipment
- Perform all tasks with a strong focus on safety
- Ensure daily production is completed on time and meets quality standards
- Inspect parts and document accuracy to meet all required criteria
- Perform routine equipment maintenance as recommended
- Support production needs across departments as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education/Certification
High School Diploma or GED
Prefer 2-year technical/business degree or equivalent experience
Experience
5+ years’ experience operating Brake Press equipment
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Walking, sitting, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling and lifting may be required throughout the workday
