Job Summary The HR Instructional Designer develops, implements, and evaluates educational programs and learning materials to support employee performance, regulatory compliance, and organizational effectiveness within Kettering Health. This role collaborates with subject matter experts to create engaging, effective, and compliant training solutions using instructional design best practices and technology.
