Concierge / Guest Relations Officer (Luxury Hotel)

About The Role
- Deliver personalized concierge services to hotel guests.
- Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, and other guest requests.
- Provide accurate information about local attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment.
- Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle VIP guest requests with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly while maintaining the highest service standards.
- Previous experience as a Concierge, Guest Relations Officer, Guest Experience Agent, or in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality service standards.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Transferable Iqama is required.
- Candidates must be available to join immediately
