About The Role

The F&B Ambassador is a proactive sales and business development professional responsible for driving Food & Beverage revenue across all hotel dining outlets through strategic guest engagement and local market penetration. The position acts as the primary revenue ambassador for the F&B division, creating demand from both in-house guests and external customers while maximizing outlet utilization and profitability.

The role is accountable for increasing restaurant covers, improving breakfast, lunch, and dinner capture rates, generating group dining opportunities, securing corporate business, promoting private events, and expanding outside catering revenue opportunities. The F&B Ambassador actively identifies and converts sales leads into confirmed business while establishing long-term relationships.

Working closely with Food & Beverage Operations, Sales & Marketing, Events, Front Office, Concierge, Spa, and Marriott Bonvoy teams, the F&B Ambassador develops and executes commercial initiatives designed to increase outlet awareness, attract new customers, grow repeat business, and strengthen the hotel's position as a preferred dining destination within Jeddah.

In parallel with these commercial responsibilities, the F&B Ambassador upholds all company standards for guest service, safety, and professionalism — welcoming and acknowledging guests, anticipating their needs, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information, and protecting company assets — while following all safety and security policies and procedures.
