About The Role
- The Communications Manager is responsible for bringing the NovaFin brand to life across
- all owned and earned channels. This role ensures that the company's brand, voice, and
- messaging are executed consistently and effectively throughout the customer journey, from
- initial awareness through customer advocacy.
- Working closely with senior leadership and future brand leadership, the Communications
- Manager will oversee content creation, social media, public relations, creative production,
- and brand governance. This is a highly execution-focused role responsible for turning brand
- strategy into high-quality, market-facing communications that strengthen customer trust,
- engagement, and brand recognition.
