Specialist, CNC Programming

Job Summary We are currently seeking a CNC Programmer Specialist for our Macomb, MI Location. Duties/Responsibilities Responsible for creating complex mill programs for aerospace gears and housings using Mastercam. Responsible for specifying/determining the most efficient cutting tools for all features being machined. Designing tools and fixtures using Mastercam. Supporting shop floor production Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Associates degree in Manufacturing Technologies Five years’ experience (must be recent) using Mastercam Three years 3D modeling experience with Mastercam Experience with simultaneous 5 axis programming Experience with Mill-Turn Programming Must have strong cutting tool knowledge.
