Job Description POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY Execute timely the operation works and ensuring the works done are accordingly to the specified operation standards, best practices and quality so as to ensure the serviceability and reliability of facilities as well as operational efficiency and cost optimization. ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned. Work within expense limits established. Schedule and complete the "Preventative Maintenance Program". Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled. Carry cell phone as required for on-call maintenance. Monitor and maintain all equipment as assigned. Responsible for alerting the Property Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur. Maintain a professional courteous manner with other employees, passengers, vendors and contractors Assure safety standards are used which comply with all the requirements guidelines. Ensure compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner. Follow established company policies and those outlined in the Employee Guidebook. Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined. Key Challenges To maintain the good manner during execution the CM and PPM Activities. Skills Good leadership skill Good communication skill Strong interpersonal skill Result oriented Able to work independently with minimum supervision Sound knowledge in write technical report knowledge of analysis tools and SAP system Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English Computer literate Relevant Industries Qualifications: Fresh Graduates with a Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronics/ Mechanical / Computer / Systems Engineering are encouraged to apply. 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience for Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (Level 2). 5 Years of relevant working experience for Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Vokasional holder. Experience: Preferred Industries: Airport Operations, Aviation Support Services, Security & Screening Systems Integration, Commercial Property & Facilities Management, Industrial Automation & Material Handling. Functional Experience: Preventative (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM), 24-hour emergency on-call technical response, facility equipment monitoring, SAP system usage, technical report writing using analysis tools, and managing vendor/stakeholder queries. Education Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronics/ Mechanical / Computer / Systems Engineering. Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia / Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Vokasional / Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia with Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (Level 2) .
