Job Description GENERAL SUMMARY Plan; manage and supervise the maintenance works are accordance to the specified maintenance standards; best practices and quality so as to ensure the serviceability and reliability of facilities as well as operational efficiency and cost optimization. ESSENTIAL POSITION Plan; review and execute the master maintenance plans and master maintenance schedules as well as implementation of approved capital and operating budget and managing the contract Implement technical reports; identifies trends for the facilities and equipment breakdowns and recommends for continuous improvement action Execute cost implications of the operations; maintenance and repair activities and recommend for budgetary Conduct guidance; advice and direction to all subordinate and to promote high standard of maintenance culture; efficiency; productivity; teamwork; quality services and personnel job enrichment Plan and ensure high standard of maintenance work accordance to best practices so as to ensure serviceability; reliability of facilities and cost optimization. Control and ensure compliance with local/international regulations and legislations for safe and efficient airport operation and maintenance. Responsible for implementing and maintaining aerodrome compliance and SMS, as well as safety assurance and improvements. Key Challenges Accountable for overall maintenance work in the airports People competencies development Enhancing management and leadership skill and knowledge in all aspect of maintenance works and basic financial management People competencies development Knowledgeable in Contract Management Keep abreast with the latest technology and best practices in the industries Skills Knowledge in maintenance and operation of airports facilities Possess updated knowledge in the latest technology and airport facilities and project management Knowledge of contract management i.e construction, legal and value engineering Knowledge in Local and International Airside Regulations and Requirements. Relevant Industries Degree holder with minimum 3.0 CGPA with minimum of 1 year relevant experience in Supervisory role. Education Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Civil / Mechanical Registered with Board of Engineers of Malaysia Preferably a Member of the Institute of Engineers Malaysia Additional Information Open for Malaysian citizens only.
