Location: Norderstedt, Germany Work model: hybrid (4days in the office) Salary: €110,000 - €130,000 per annum Lead. Transform. Deliver Results. What You'll Be Doing: Supply Chain Leadership Lead and develop Purchasing, Planning, and Warehouse teams Set clear objectives, KPIs, and accountability measures Build a culture of collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement Develop talent and succession plans Procurement & Supplier Management Manage sourcing, procurement, and supplier performance Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate commercial agreements Drive cost, quality, and delivery improvements Mitigate supply risks and implement contingency plans Planning & Inventory Management Oversee demand planning, supply planning, and production scheduling Improve forecast accuracy and inventory performance Balance service levels with working capital objectives Monitor and improve key supply chain metrics Warehouse Operations Lead inventory control, receiving, storage, and distribution activities Improve warehouse efficiency, safety, and inventory accuracy Implement best practices and process improvements Continuous Improvement Lead Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives Apply methodologies including: Lean Manufacturing Kaizen Value Stream Mapping 5S Root Cause Analysis A3 Problem Solving Support ERP and supply chain transformation projects What We're Looking For Essential 5+ years' leadership experience within Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Planning, or Logistics Proven track record of delivering operational improvements and business results Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Experience driving Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence initiatives Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Fluent English Professional working proficiency in German Preferred MBA or Master's degree APICS / ASCM (CPIM, CSCP), CPSM, Lean Six Sigma certifications ERP implementation or optimization experience Manufacturing or distribution environment experience The Ideal Candidate You are someone who: ✔ Delivers results regardless of industry background ✔ Develops and inspires high-performing teams ✔ Balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution ✔ Uses data to make informed decisions ✔ Champions Lean thinking and continuous improvement ✔ Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment ✔ Takes ownership and drives positive change Ready to Make an Impact?
